Order Acceptance and Fulfillment, Purchase Agreement
The customer’s order constitutes a proposal to conclude a purchase agreement. The agreement is concluded upon the seller’s binding confirmation of the order. At this moment, mutual rights and obligations arise.
By entering the purchase agreement, the customer confirms they are familiar with and agree to these terms and conditions, including the complaint procedure.
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order or part of it before the purchase agreement is concluded in cases such as: item is no longer manufactured, supplied, or there has been a significant price change. If the customer has already paid, the amount will be refunded.
All accepted orders are binding. Cancellation must occur before dispatch. If not, the customer may be charged shipping costs. Customers are informed about order acceptance via email.
Delivery Options
- Personal Pickup: Available the same day if in stock. Pickup during working hours or by arrangement.
- Parcel Delivery (ReMax): Standard shipping is €4 unless otherwise stated. Includes optional evening delivery and phone contact for adjustments. Higher charges may apply for bulky or hard-to-transport items.
Damaged packages must be reported to the carrier immediately. The seller is not responsible for damage during shipping.
Warranty
An invoice is included with each package. The warranty period starts from the date on the invoice and is listed in the product details. It can be extended by 5 days for shipping.
Non-Conformity with Purchase Agreement
If the product is not as agreed upon, the customer may request a free remedy—either repair or replacement. If not possible, a discount or withdrawal from the contract is allowed.
The buyer must not have known of the defect at purchase. Non-conformity occurring within six months is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days if the purchase was made remotely. Withdrawal must be communicated (preferably in writing) with order number, purchase date, and refund account details.
Returned items must be complete, in original condition, with proof of purchase. Refunds are made within 3 business days after receipt. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund (not in the case of claims).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Services started with consent before the 14-day period.
- Goods or services with price fluctuations beyond the seller’s control.
- Custom-made or perishable goods.
- Unsealed audio/video/software items.
- Newspapers or magazines.
Shipping and Delivery
Some orders may arrive in multiple parcels. Shipping cost remains unchanged.
How to Return an Item:
- Ensure the item is complete and as received.
- Include proof of purchase.
- Use packaging to prevent damage.
- Do not return items COD.
- Insurance is recommended.
Payment Methods
- Advance Payment: You will receive a pro forma invoice. Shipping occurs after payment is received.
- Cash on Delivery: Payment upon receipt.
- In-Person Pickup: Cash payment at pickup.
Security
Card payments are secure via a verified 3-D secure gateway. Internal data (passwords, names) is encrypted.
Claims
If the product is defective or damaged, follow the complaint procedure.
Complaint Procedure
Return items immediately upon discovering a defect, with all accessories and documentation. Do not return items COD. Use protective packaging. The defective product will be replaced or refunded. The seller is not liable for damage due to improper use or external events. Only clean items will be accepted for hygiene reasons.
Personal Data Protection
The operator processes personal data per Slovak law no. 122/2013 (ZoOOÚ). The customer consents to data processing for:
- Name, Address – invoice purposes.
- Email, Phone – order communication.
Retention periods:
- Invoice data: as required by law.
- Contact info: 1 year after order.
The user has rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and object to processing, and to file complaints with authorities.
Valid from May 19, 2018, until revoked.
